Hello, and thank you for checking out Your Temple Care. I am a dance educator, choreographer, performer, maker of spiritual accoutrement, an Iyalorisha, and a medium at this junction in life. I name it a junction because I am an ever evolving work of art, and so are you. While attending a Misa Espiritual in Havana, Cuba in 2001, a presiding medium told me that I would one day do this work and that I had the ability to read for people using playing cards. At the time, this message did not resonate. I did not know how I would learn, who would teach me, or what that path would look like, though the message would return again and again through different mediums and in different spaces.

In 2015, I was introduced to my godmother in the Lucumi tradition, a gifted medium and respected leader of Misas Espiritual. Through her mentorship, I received grounding, structure, and affirmation of my spiritual gifts. I learned that not all teaching comes from a physical instructor and that my spirit guide would lead my development through practice and trust. With confirmation from both spirit and the Orisha, I now walk this path with clarity and intention.
